We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Supply Chain Management Executive (India) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work: 

• Monitor and manage both inbound and outbound orders from the sales department.
• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency of warehouses in India.
• Making sure all the requisite documents are updated ton carry out logistic and supply chain activities.
• Together with SCM Manager to build a strategy for SCM aligning with the business strategy of Stavian Chemical India .
• Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
• Responsible for every shipment and looking after all the necessary parameters such as FOB, CIF term, demurrage calculation, and other shipping and port penalties.
• Responsible for Custom Clearing, Transportation, and other operational issues with respect to shipment, Daily coordination CHA and C&F Agents.
• Coordinating and looking after insurance for inbound and out bound supplies and also for all warehouse and godowns.
• Responsible for all operation related activities from all major ports of India.
• Responsible in finalizing local transporter for dispatches.
• Making sure all the compliances and standards are met, also develop a good relation with government agencies and represent company for any supply chain hearings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management and reporting manager. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2 to 5 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Supply Chain business processes and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be attentive to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities while working in a dynamic environment
• Good English.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
