We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Head of Commodity Trading to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

• Trading activities: Execute buying and selling of commodities while adhering to the company‘s risk management policies and guidelines 
• Market analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, stay updated with industry trends, monitor supply and demand dynamics, and evaluate geopolitical factors to make informed trading decisions 
• Risk management: Manage and mitigate potential market risks associated with commodities trading by developing and implementing effective hedging strategies 
• Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to expand the company‘s trading network and maximise opportunities 
• Pricing negotiation: negotiate favourable pricing terms with suppliers and customers to ensure competitive and profitable trading transactions 
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant trading regulations, industry standards and internal policies 
• Trade documentation: Accurately maintain all trade- related documentation, contracts and records 

Requirement: 

• Minimum 8 -10 years of working experience in the area of trading commodities globally. Open to traders with experience in 2 products groups of the following commodities : 
  • Energy products/Oil & Petrochemical products 
  • Hydrocarbon products
  • Products
  • Metals and Minerals
