We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of BUSINESS MANAGER IN NETHERLANDS to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
  • Enhance relationship with exciting and new accounts while collaborating with local colleagues and as part of a global account team. This includes developing and implementing account plans in alignment with strategic marketing initiatives, managing forecasting and supply activities as well as local product qualification efforts.
  • Contact and qualify all new assigned sales leads and/or target accounts identified by strategic marketing. Incorporate promotion of new products to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and grow profitable sales per the annual sales budget, engage with customers via phone, email, Webex, and in person visits on a National and International level.
  • Maintain sales and create new opportunities with a strong sales pipeline.
  • This position requires a high level of autonomy. The individual needs to be self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritize job duties daily.
  • Some functions require travel on a regular basis and an ability to work extra hours if needed (Overseas calls with other regions).
  • Works collaboratively with team members in other functions such as customer service, inside sales, supply chain and product management.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of related experience in trading polymers in NETHERLANDS and International markets
  • Able to work under flexible time due to different time zone
  • Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips
  • Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations
  • Domestic traveling will be required
