We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Business Development Manager (China) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

RESPONSIBILITES 

Pulp Business 

  • Build and execute business strategy for pulp business in main-land China 
  • Develop sales network 
  • Set up warehouse(s) and establish full business operation 

Paper Business 

  • Find sourcing of paper from China for other markets 
  • Explore new sourcing for other paper related products 

Business Development 

  • Explore new business opportunities for both downstream and upstream 
  • Manage tasks/projects to meet designated deadline 
  • Build and grow an outstanding team for China 
  • Provide market information and communicate with global team regularly

QUALIFICATION 

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in economics, foreign trade, commerce, business management or a related discipline
  • Required experience: 5-7 years of experience in Pulp, Paper, and/or related industry. 3-5 years in a manager position 
  • Good practices of suppliers sourcing (researching, evaluating and liaising with suppliers) and sales network expansion (develop relationship with customers) 
  • Good ability to work independently as well as teamwork 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
  • Highly responsible and trust-worthy 
  • Capable of building a high-performance team.
