We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Operation Supervisor (International Business) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work: 

  • Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of foreign branches in Africa and Latin America.
  • Generate detailed reports on cost management, operational personnel, and activity plans to ensure the efficient and seamless functioning of overseas branches.
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to monitor international receivables, devise effective strategies, and develop timely debt collection reminders.
  • Maintain and manage customer data within the SAP system.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on customer status, enabling the Sales Department to take appropriate and informed actions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an assistant to the Sales Director or in customer management (not necessarily direct sales but overseeing and tracking orders).
  • Strong business support and promotion skills with a high degree of initiative and independence in work.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influential communication skills. Candidates with international trade experience and a background in foreign markets are preferred.
  • Proficient in English, with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or an equivalent certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software, particularly Excel (capable of creating customized report templates as needed)
